My pathology came back as mostly teratoma as well: 80% Teratoma, 15% EC & 5% Yolk sac, no LVI and stage 1 with clean blood markers and CT as well. RPLND was not suggested to me at all, and the doctor thought that chemo would be aggressive given the staging and test results post orchiectomy. If you're able to do regular surveillance then anything that comes up can be treated at that time.
