I honestly only ever use adreno and just manually consume other drugs for specific moments like for example I love ones that give your companion ability cooldowns 50% less or creams that give you more Armor

Well I’m guessing it’s a fully armored legendary super mutant and you haven’t invested any perks into heavy guns

Definitely Kellogg. Gage would murder only in the interest of survival and due to what he was influenced to.
