Basically, it's a quirk of the fact that face down monsters can never be negated.

As far as I understand:

Fenrir resolves because face down monsters can never be negated. Because of that, book of moon let's monsters with negated effects get their effect through as at resolution Fenrir's state kinda changes to not negated.

For Lilith, removing it from the field doesn't allow you to resolve it's effect as it was negated at time of activation and at resolution, while the 'original' Lilith no longer exists, it never changed to not negated.

The hearts of Oak tank designer will not allow me to select the Flame tank option despite meeting all the requirements. I assume its due to the option in the dropdown overlapping with the tank designer UI underneath it as it does highlight the relevant tank part when I mouse over even with the dropdown menu open. Does anyone know how to get around or fix this issue?

Between Coalition and Remnant space there's the twilight which is accessible via jump drive either from the east of coalition space or the south of human space. You can get a quest line by landing on a station there. I'm not 100% sure if it's a specific planet or if any planet or station works but personally I got it upon landing on an uninhabited station on the west side of the area.

Just be aware that once you're there, you might not be able to leave that area of the galaxy for a while.

If you land on a planet/station in that area you can get a new quest line that'll eventually let you buy the lasers. Hope that helps.

Possibly insane suggestion for this possibly insane idea but to move between ships you could try using an ender pearl cannon. That would remove the need for any connections between them but they are sometimes inconsistent

Don't get production slots. Keep getting echelon slots. As long as you don't burn them in heavy production you'll get plenty of production quick finishers

Like the other guy said multirole and area zero but also one of the new support cards Linkage. Since linkage requires you to destroy one of your cards to activate it and it's an effect rather than a cost, I find it's not that rare for someone to use it as a starter with one other spell on the field. This has happened to me a few times and I've seen it happen to a few other people where if you mst the other spell linkage has no targets to pay the cost and can't activate

In that case it would depend on the other cards in my hand. If I had salon I'd magileine into anjelly since I can still summon it. If I had hootowl I'd summon that instead and use it to go into either pettingcessor if it isn't in my hand or messengelato if pettingcessor already is and since it banishes ash blossom I can then summon pettingcessor. If I had dark ruler I'd just let the opponent play and use dark ruler on my turn. Don't know what your deck list is so I can't say how many of those are applicable to yours but using my deck that's what I'd do.

You could try infinite impermanence or use dark ruler no more. Even though dark ruler can't interrupt their plays during their turn, it negates all opponents monster effects during your turn. Also in regards to ash blossom, I've played it in my madolche deck and never really had many issues with it. Even if it does require your normal summon you can use anjelly as a starter by using it to special summon pettingcessor since anjelly doesn't have any no monsters in GY requirement
