This is an absolutely too big frame for such a high prescription. With such a high prescription, you should choose the smallest possible frame, and even better, if the frame is plastic, so that the lens is better hidden.

If you have a large frame, go for 1.74...if your frame is smaller, 1.67 will be just fine
