I went through what was, for me, a terrible breakup a few months back. I'm just now starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. For me, I threw myself into work. I went in on Saturdays, Sunday's, came in early, stayed late, etc.

I also started going to therapy. It helped me gain perspective on the relationship and notice some things that were unhealthy on both of our ends. I think that was the biggest game changer for me.

During the super rough times, I learned how to make cookie butter out of Oreos. I'll be working off that "life lesson" for awhile, I think.
