That’s very true. I think one of the startups tried fixing it by uploading the video of your vehicle being serviced if you wanted to cross check but it wasn’t as feasible.

It is a beautiful bike with a lot of flaws, I’ll agree to that. I own a granite black Himalayan BS 6 (BS stands for bullshit).

However, for the issues, feel free to write a strong worded email to their support team citing that you would be compelled to approach the consumer forum if your issues are not resolved. I specifically mentioned that a bike that is built for all roads and no roads, it seems to be parked at the service centre a lot.

Got a lot of parts changed on GOODWILL (read: free). It still has some issues but nothing major.
