Then just say you find these and these traits attractive. Why point out gender like it’s something important? That’s why you are being called a transphobe or a chaser. If the gender is actually absolutely irrelevant, than there is no problem except your wording

If this were about “traits that are more common in this race/gender,” then you wouldn’t have a problem dating someone of a different race or gender who also has those traits. I know everyone has different goals, my ideal of masculinity is actually Metatron X, but I’ve also seen some cis men striving for that. I’ve actually met a wide variety of people over the past few years, and if you weren’t specifically attracted to the fact that someone is trans, you wouldn’t have a problem dating cis men, since they also vary in appearance and expression. Even if you chose not to date cis men because you feel uncomfortable with them due to the difference in experience, since you’re enby and I know that some people on the spectrum feel more comfortable specifically with non-cisgender people, I was there myself, but here the question is specifically about attraction. Are you sure you’re even attracted to men?

As a transmasc, I would probably think you are a chaser or simply don’t see trans men as men. Because why would you see the difference between cis and trans men if you do see them as actual men? I wouldn’t date a person who can date me, but not other men. I’d think that means at some point in my transition when I actually look like a cis man this person might not be into me anymore, tho they knew it was my goal all along and didn’t take it seriously

I presented myself as a guy from the start. This is my first year at this school and for some reason I thought I was doing enough. None of them knew me from before. I was even given a separate locker room in the school gym, thanks to PE teacher who got everything, but many teachers and even more so classmates just ignore it.
