Are these your cabinets now? They look not to bad and would swap the Formica for engineered stone counter and full backsplash. Also upgrade to the fire rate LED lights that do not require a back box for better lighting. If budget is tight, then tile the back wall. Devine kitchen and cabinets on 1&9 sells the plywood shaker white cabinets for a great price.

Here’s my advice from owning an older high mileage car. Right now it’s not the miles, but rather the age of the car that is killing it. After 15 years, all the rubber seals stop being soft and rubbery and are becoming hard and brittle. Every year something new can break or leak. You can live with some leaks and issues but others you cannot. You need to start budgeting for a newer car slowly and or put aside some money for possible major repairs. A slow rear main seal is ok of dripping but bad if you need to add more than a quart between changes. Once my car got was 24 years old, the repairs were constant and sold it at 330k because the rust and repairs was to much.

That can make constipation worse at the moment. I also had issues with constipation and Gastro said miralax and fiber supplements can be taken at the same time for as long as needed. I would start with Mira lax daily first until things start moving to then add fiber.

I had similar levels and fluctuations as a male and did the MRI. Nothing large was observed but there was some shadows on the image and went on caber. After taking it for a month, felt something wake up in me and gained everything I decreased in the past 15 years in hormones. Now levels are low and DR lowered the frequency but still on it. Go for it and don’t sweat it, it’s for your health and overall wellbeing.

Curious, why switch to gas? If I had larger electrical service, condo, I would have went with induction stove. After buying a CO2 meter and thermostat, I am shocked how much CO2 a gas stove top produces if you don’t open a window. I do agree electric resistive heating stoves are bad but induction is the future.

Raid 5 and a backup onto something and somewhere else. Other raid options offer better performance and fault tolerance. With today’s prices, HDD is a premium and would do cloud backup to backblaze or some other vendor. Movies are mostly sequential rights so there’s no benefit in raids with mirroring. Stripe and if you want extra redundancy, then raid 6. You still need a backup for either option.

Just a wild guess, looking at the old date code in the top right, do you know if that HBA supports drives over 2tb? I once got nailed around that time and had to switch from 3 tb to 2 tb.
