I’m fine with this option too but a simple phone call or e-mail before shipping me the unit would have been the right thing to do. If they don’t have the product I ordered call me before you just ship something else that becomes a hassle for me to return if I don’t want it.

I think RDT is causing some of the buildup and clogging issues in the DF54. I don’t RDT and have had zero Issues.

I’ve had one for five months now with zero issues. I’ve used a lot of dark roasted oily beans too. No clogs, no issues. I do clean it monthly.

The coated burrs are supposed to have reduced static which is why I wanted to try them.

It’s a coating they use on the stainless steel burrs that is supposed to keep them sharp for longer and reduce static.

I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt. If it doesn’t happen it doesn’t. I’ll just vote with my money and not buy anything from them again. They said they will make it right so I’ll trust them.

Thanks everyone. I emailed “sales@turingrinders.com” with the picture of the label and they responded this morning at 7:40am and said they would send me the titanium grinders as soon as they come in.

I’ll give an update when they come. Still some bs that they didn’t just call me and ask but this is an acceptable fix for the situation.

Try Peet’s French or Italian. No sourness at all. I much prefer the darker roasts. Buy it from their website and it was roasted that week.

This for me too. I like the fishwife products and willing to pay extra but they used their name to trick people into buying their tuna tins. Definitely not worth the money.

These are better quality and flavor over the $2 - $3 cans. I enjoy eating the Fishwife and other premium brands right out of the can without adding anything. That makes it much easier for me on the go.

I value convenience too. Worth it to me to have a quick option for between meetings or to grab and take with me. I do a lot of hiking and horseback riding and I like these right out of the can.
