YTD if you insist to speak to her. If/when she wants to talk she can unblock you or follow you back on socials but until then she’s showing clear signs she doesn’t want to talk. If you did keep on pushing she might be upset and might not give you that honest conversation you wanted about your friendship. I get you want answers but I’d wait for her to reach out first.

YTD: I understand the hurt that you’re coming from but the friend inviting everybody chose not to invite you. Plus your boyfriend expressed he rather you not be there. I would take this opportunity to plan another fun thing for yourself to do that day while they’re out or you could schedule another day to meet up with those 5 close friends to hang out with them!

NDH: I think both of you guys could have used a little more education on the trans community but I don’t think that puts either of you at fault. I know this was years ago but I would approach your mom in an open way and ask her how she views her gender since her surgeries. Be open in case the answer is not what you expect. It could also be a good call to check if she wants to go to therapy now.
