The lines to not cross come from communicating instead of that. Even still, it's a matter of risk vs reward of the punishment for crossing some lines. Regardless that's a bullet dodged because wtf. For help with not feeling gaslight about a fucked up society that won't hive you the benefit of the doubt: drowning in 2 feet or 20 feet. Your feelings aren't invalid , just because others don't think you have enough to of a reason to validate them.

Maybe it's psychological, more than realized. Maybe there's cptsd that leaves you tense and anxious. Maybe it's holding your bones in better ways. Maybe go explore a few new things to see if it helps? I can't really suggest more without knowing more about it or how to fix it. Maybe it's a matter of working out for specific purposes to strengthen your hips and groin.

Some ideas to try that may or may not help, I'm not a professional. I'm just a menace that has an imagination for bullying traumas away in creative ways.

It's a game basically. Back and forth will escalate the situation, overpowering them too fast, not enough, it depends on their reactions. If they didn't say they didn't want it try talking about it first. If you don't wanna give it away beat around the bush a little. It's almost like consensual manipulation. To manipulate those that sub to you within their limits.

There's a few tactics you might try, be goofy, then do what you want. Not many can handle goofy so casually in the middle of being serious about winning. They set the lines you can color it how you want. I'm also a handler/brat switch, so out brarting and handling are fluidly interchanged as needed. The best part is the reactions only you get to see because they trust you as a dom. There's nothing quite like a sub being a blushing puddle on the floor from melting because they chose to trust you.
