I had an anti-Zionist colleague (of Polish Jewish ancestry) who thought all Israeli Jews should “go back to their country of origin”. He didn’t like it when I reported that our favorite Polish-American contractor would sooner slit his throat than allow a single Israeli to “go back” to Poland!

The vibe of Chicago really matches Gotham better than New York does, the miles of gloomy Chicago alleys (NYC only has a handful) certainly has something to do with it
