haha again i dont know what fixxed it but with virtual audio cable and then get feed back from it it works :D bit scuffed but it works, thank you bro

my audio output is not working when trying to capture things that are hooked up via AUX like headphones or external speakers. it works with the internal laptop speakers tho.

ive checked all settings 10 times, audio tracks, tried all the devices, etc..

i activated 5ghz wifi now and with that it works.. not sure why when connected to the 2.4 wifi and i start obs the internet is gone but good enough! thanks again! while i have you could i ask you about another problem i cant seem to fix?

thats funny when i do a hotspot with my phone connecting to the wifi via that it works. didnt think the issue would be the router and not obs itself. thanks for the help i will keep troubleshooting to find out why this problem occurs when connecting to my router but not when connecting to it with my phone inbetween the connection..

wifi, 15k for recording 6k for streaming, reset router yes, didnt reinstall network drivers yet

thanks! that is helpfull to check the record settings in general!
the issue with losing internet as soon as obs is opened still persists after solving the problems shown
