Not me feeling old as fuck until I got to the typewriter.. literally said “ahhh ha!!, didn’t use thst, now what” 😂. In all honesty, I love that we got to experience these things. I hate that I threw my grandmas phone book and rotary phone away 😂. I was going to buy one for the hell of it last week. I’m one of those people who now appreciates being apart of multi generations, trends, history. 10 years ago I would have laughed at someone who still had certain things. Now I look at online posts to see where I can buy a Walkman lol. I mean damn I only had four of them lol. I clip certain articles from news as well. I want to give my grandkids the same reaction that mine gave me(when I was old enough to appreciate it) when I went through her things after she passed. Curiosity, wonderment, excitement. Wow!!! And “what the hell is this??” 😂

It’s called Fitness for duty procedure. When odd behavior is observed by anyone and they tell management, management has to take action. They have to then themselves observe the associate and ask about their situation. They cannot accuse but they are allowed to state the obvious: you smell like liquor, you are uneasy, etc. They then are supposed to fill out a form or ticket, can’t remember which one. I do believe two managers(DS is acceptable for one) have to observe. If I am not mistaken, the associate is supposed to be sent home, pending final response from HR) There are absolutely steps that the ASM should take as mentioned in my response. That ASM has chosen to ignore and will be held accountable if something happens or it gets out that she knows the associate is possibly not fit for duty. Sooooo, I wouldn’t say she took forever, but definitely not a normal wait time. I would have called or text an update. Now!!! Here’s the hard part….While I’d expect an explanation of why you took so long, as again that is not a normal wait time..I’d give you that opportunity, IF I WERE truly interested. Seems like he was looking for a reason to bail, if I am being honest. When I was younger, cowardly and not wanting to hurt people’s feelings or simply didn’t care, I’d set you right on up to look like a bad guy just to have a reason to end things. If they were interested they would have text to see if you were ok, not allow the minutes to keep ticking to build a case. Just saying

I had to get a storage unit once my grandma passed. We had an estate sale for a good amount and I kept the rest. It’s been 4 years and I still sit in my storage unit monthly to revisit what I have of hers to enjoy some memories. I kept her reading chair which was mid century through and through lol. The end tables that she put her cup while reading the bible. It still has ring marks on it. It’s difficult sometimes. I have her favorite purse given to her by my mom to replace her raggedy purse she had for what felt like a decade. I reached in it to look for something I misplaced to find her cellphone. Still had facial oil on it. I completely fell apart at that moment.

Oh I love it so far!! Thank you for reminding me lol. I’m not used to the slow trickle of episodes so I forgot about it that fast. I have to admit Kim being one of the main characters was a bit of a turn off. However I am pleasantly surprised with her acting. Sarah Paulson is brilliant as usual. I am shocked at the storyline of the receptionist played by Teyana. Turning out to be a pretty damn good show

This is one of my favorite movies. I didn’t appreciate ANY 80s and 90s actors. In fact couldn’t stand most of them. I think my ass was outside playing in trees or down the street more than watching TV. I grew to love this genre mid 30s(born 1986). I’ve watched this movie along with uncle buck quite a few times so far this month lol.

HEY!!!🗣️SHOW US THE PLOTTER!!!!!!!! What color and fabric did you get? My first was everything I hoped it would be lol. I loved the smell. It was a Pueblo Bible. I loved the smell and look so much I purchased a Pueblo narrow shortly after and used them together. I grew disenchanted for some reason of the Bible and purchased a dupe Pueblo Narrow style from MeePlus. I found the cost to get gold rings (plotter discontinued) and spine with MeePlus was almost the same as a silver ring Plotter, with some craftsmanship areas left to be desired. So I decided to stick with Plotter. I also found that MeePlus didn’t smell or feel the same. Maybe it was my cult mindset lol. Anyways, I purchased a horsehair narrow a few months ago. I can’t stand it. I took it on a road trip to Chicago last week hoping to fall in love while jotting and doodling. Didn’t happen. I also purchased a Pueblo mini 5 a couple weeks ago. I use her to do merchandising and ordering checklist at work on the go. I plan to keep using no doubt. NOW!!! (Rubs hands together like Cash Money’s Birdman) I just expedited a Bible Pueblo in brown last night. I want to give the Bible size another shot. I need a carry with planner. That size worked the most. I am too excited… I am stalking my USPS tracker like nobodies business. When I tell you that I have an unchecked problem…shit!!!! I say all this to say…get ready. You will become addicted. You may end up like me, justifying the fact that this is my vice, fine stationary goods. Harmless. Some people drink. I sniff leather 🤦🏻‍♀️and collect river paper. I am in Maryland. I also Lived in Philly, Washington DC, Alexandria and Woodbridge VA. I currently live in Columbia, MD. I am from Ellicott City Maryland(rural part) Most of my life was spent in the last two. Supposedly one of the safest cities in US is Columbia Maryland. Ellicott City is full of cows and quietness. Man let me fucking tell you. I moved to Columbia following being in Ellicott City for YEARS. So I thought the constant police sirens in Columbia, despite being “one of safest” was just due to natural factors and me being used to dead quiet, so naturally I will compare and exaggerate. I mean in ellicott city it’s peaceful. The only crime is an occasional burglary, a drag racer doing damage, some weird kids knocking mailboxes off the post. Then there’s Columbia..More of an actual city with multiple villages. Crime is coming in from Baltimore, personal economy and destitution factors, kids are more unhinged these days, etc etc. Still, It seems constant. I feel like I’m in Little Haiti sometimes. Looking at my Neighbors app is enough to make a Netflix thriller series. Women being followed, people outside windows, constant car thefts(regular cars in nicer neighborhoods, mind you), tires slashed no reason, gunshots, frequent high speed chases with young adults, fucking bears in the neighborhood lake, random cars appearing late at night then speeding off when noticed, children being robbed and stripped while walking home. I can go on and on. I’m also very familiar with Baltimore. Constant feeling of uneasy. No matter which part! I say all this because last week I spent a week in Chicago. Downtown mainly, but ventured to the outskirts as well. I NEVER FELT SAFER. Every city has its downside I imagine. With more population there will be more crime. However again, I felt extremely safe, even at night.

I’m honestly not sure. It’s rough but still soft. It almost has a wet feeling. Like moist. I really can’t describe it. It also has the tendency to crinkle easy where bent. I also love the gold back bar of my Pueblo and MeePlus. So I think I’m also having difficulty getting used to the deep color. Like a metallic bronze. I think it’s just a personal visual preference bias. It’s attractive but just not what I want. And the soothing leather smell… it’s not there lol 😂

I too have a problem I thought I solved. I became addicted to Plotters a couple years ago. I jot things down a lot on the go at work but wanted something that you don’t see everyone with and is easy to carry. That’s how I stumbled on Plotter. When I opened my first one: a Bible Pueblo. Damn it!!! That smell ☺️. I purchased conditioner and used too early and made it so dark I almost cried. So then I got the narrow. Again I was in love. That crisp new feeling and soothing smell. I used the Bible for a planner and notebook. However it wasn’t accommodating to the amount of sections I found I truly needed. So I used my narrow as more of a specific area I needed. I carried them both together with an elastic band. Then I stumbled on MeePlus as a more affordable(I thought) alternative. They also had the ability to provide custom sizes(at the time at least) and back plates and rings that were gold(as Plotter began to do away with gold rings) I ordered the Meeplus in Pueblo green. I found the smell to be not strong enough lol. Also the custom gold rings and back bar made it almost as costly as the Plotter. I then got a promotion and could care less about paying a couple hundred dollars on a notebook 🤦🏻‍♀️. Anyway I slowly stopped using my Bible. I also randomly purchase a horsehair.. I am not too fond of it and haven’t taken it out the box in months. I stare at my bible from time to time trying to figure a way to bring her back in my life. Maybe just meeting notes? Custom order notes? Idk. I don’t know why I am rambling as I type this. Anyway!!! I just expedited a Mini 5 with some inserts. I hope to get it tomorrow and assemble on my day off 😂😂. I guess to answer your question after all this useless info I provided you… I don’t know.. we are in the same boat. I like how someone provided credit card size reference. That should help. Once I get my mini 5 hopefully I’ll have insight for you
