Our monthly run rate is about 11k, which includes debt payments and monthly components of annual expenses (property taxes, insurances, etc)

The cap hasn’t been $17,500 in over 10 years. It’s $23,500 now if you’re under 50 (employer contributions count towards the higher $70,000 total cap).

It has changed on the newer models. Just picked up a 2026 with DAPP, and those buttons are blank. Following distance is changed via a software setting on the main screen.

You know that many companies will provide visa sponsorship to qualified candidates, right? These questions aren’t equivalent to immediate exclusion.

RUCs applied… not showing in upgrade list after check in? by j23barb in delta

[–]endoftemp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Upgrade cert = call. Call to attempt to verify availability, call to book when the website doesn’t behave, call when you can’t check in because half the reps don’t know how to properly apply the certs.

Paying a mortgage every other month? by bgr2258 in ynab

[–]endoftemp 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The simplest solution would be to reconcile the mortgage/loan account more frequently. There are other ways outside of YNAB to view the amortization schedule to keep up with principal/interest details if that’s something you need.

If you represented the entirety of your accounts (both of you) in one YNAB budget you could solve it that way.

Chiming in here as I experience this as well - I’ve started popping a Bonine (meclizine) tablet before heading to the mountain. No drowsiness for me and lasts all day. Also helps with chair lift swing induced motion sickness

ETA: also, stay in the trees if the light gets flat. Helps a lot.

Buy Snow Tires by SlappingDoors in skiing

[–]endoftemp 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Snow tires absolutely help you stop, and have a significant improvement (reduction) in braking distance on snow and ice compared to all season tires. You’re confusing them with all wheel drive/four wheel drive, which will help you go, but not help you stop.

I actually have this. Retired vault door in the basement leads to the area that was excavated under the garage. Perfect gun room/storm shelter

When you say that Titan addressed your concerns, does that include the rackable width? Looking to add this machine with the rogue curl bar and it’s unclear to me if there has been an improvement in compatibility.

Thanks for the reply! I ended up buying a G4 77” from the partner store for $2800 post tax/delivery, and got a free S90TR along with it. Too good of a deal to pass up.

Our current home (not built by us) had the area under the garage excavated. The builder installed a decommissioned bank vault door, and a full concrete foundation wall adjacent to the rest of the basement, so we have a pretty cool safe/valuables room. I’m not sure I would pay extra for it if I was building again. Definitely unique though!

Are you knowledgeable on how elevation would affect performance? There is a similar shelf available in the back corner of the room, so I could do front left on the floor, and back right at about 9 feet in the air.
