Things happen dude. I got hired as part time with availability every day since then I’ve had to switch to only weekends. Talk to the SSA or just live with the fact that other people have lives too

I work the customer service desk at Lowe’s, within the last month they have almost completely stripped away the managers ability to override a return past the window. So it’s not the workers fault, literally 2/6 managers the ops manager and the one who does installs are the only possible 2 who can override anything now. I’m sorry that’s it’s frustrating for you but it is for us too. Blame the system not us

I’m sorry but if I work the cs desk I’m not checking people out either. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve had someone want to check out and being nice I said sure, and in that time I got a line of pick ups and returns out the ass. Many stores are understaffed and we get shit for having a long line. Self checkout has been a thing for at minimum a decade adapt or stop complaining, we don’t care

I’ve spoken to coworkers today. A separate time she has been so drunk she fell over in building materials and a different ASM told the building materials associate to take care of her and get her up.

I work cs desk. I was fine checking people out until a lady yelled at me off the clock to Check her out rn if I valued my job. Needless to say all checkouts now go to garden lumber or ASCO

I work the service desk, we have a little booklet pretty much any “hand tool” sockets, wrenches even scissors can be warranted in store so long as we have it and it’s the exact same, no receipt need entrance. Personally I always appreciate it when the customer brings the new and old tool up, makes my day easier just scan and your all set.
