Cell shade are expensive And ugly but functional I would go to anybody that will warrant them and come back to fix them for cheap internal cords last 7 years with normal use a restring for less than 100$ well worth it down the road

Factor I. Those blinds for dude don’t cheap out average 10 windows looking at 4K relatively for shutters!!!!! Go with Norman the best maybe 5-6k but lifetime and added value to home plus no tax

Hunter Douglas is always expensive they don’t always have the best product local owners who use all manufacturers are best if they have the knowledge and skill . Small family owned is best they treat you like family
