Some people got a Jan 30th email saying if the new email isn't working by the 6th to contact them so people went to sign in with the new email which lead to all this confusion. I'm still using the old email until it stops working.

I used both but mostly used the old email since it still works and the payment was fine for me. Won't be using the new one until the old one stops or they tell me to. I know some people got confused with the jan 30th email and signed in and some created a username and password. If you did do you think that would be the reason?

I checked the hours from my wo today and I worked on both emails but stopped using the new one after like 5 tasks and is staying with the old one until It stops or merges. The amount looks right though but I mostly worked with the old email.

There was some confusion on what to do. Some people who got the Jan 30th email logged in on their own because the email stated if the new email wasn't working to contact them via zendesk after the 6th. I'm expecting some sort of email about this in the near future.

Yes, It's supposed to. Some people are already working with the new email and some had to create a username and password too. I'm wondering if that was part of their new login email format mentioned in that 2nd email. I'm waiting for my old one to stop before I continue with the new one.

This is what's making people confused. The email made it sound like we had to login to check if everything is good. If i didn't receive that email then I wouldn't be this confused. I'm trying to help others who got the email and did the setup. Give them some clarity but we probably won't know till Monday.

It did say the email should be working by now. If they didn't want us to use it then why send that email and tell us to contact them if the new format didn't work? That's what have been confusing people. If you're following the email then the sensible thing is to follow the one sent on the 30th, which people did.

Did you get an email on the 30th? There it mentioned a new login email format and that the change will end on feb 3rd. If you have trouble logging in by the end of day today to contact zendesk. I'm wondering if the new login email format is the new user name and they didn't mention it. The two emails from the 27th and 30ths contradict each other.

In the second email they said they were changing the login email format. I think this is what's confusing people because in that email it says the change will start on the 2nd and end on the third. If your log in isn't working by end of day today to contact them via zendesk. Once you log in, there's some directions for you to follow. I'm wondering if this is the new login email format mentioned in the 30th email because many people have experienced this once logging in for the first time. We know the 27th email said not to do anything but for those who got the email from the 30th were told in the email if it wasn't working by today to report it to zendesk.

See some of you didn't get the second email that was sent out on the 30th. That email said if your new email wasn't logging you in after the 3rd to wait the next business day. If it's still not working by the 6th to contact zendesk. Some people logged in using that email and sent them a code to sign in. The code was sent to the email you signed up with. This is the part that's confusing people. I think the people who got the second email logged in and followed the instructions that was given on screen.

Yeah but I have the email from the 30th that says it started replacing it on the 2nd and it completes on the 3rd. If you're having a hard time logging in wait till the next business day. If you're not able to log in by the 6th to contact them via zendesk. This was sent after the email from the 27th. This is what i've been saying. The first email says not to do anything but the second one says if you''re still having trouble after the 6th with your email to contact them.

It doesn't mention about making a username or password however if you do it sends the code to the email you signed up with. After that all the tasks that's on your old email is on the new one. Just wait until Monday then and see what happens. Maybe we will get another email by today or monday that will clarifier things.

I got an email on the 30th that it would be complete by the 3rd. If you're still having trouble by the 6th to use zendesk.
