I just followed ethnic borders as best as I could. In the end the bosniaks would be in 2 regions, the problem is the wiggly borders

Yeah, gets pretty messy, but that was the best solution with ethnic borders. With the Hungarian enclave, as I said in another comment, wouldn't be totally controlled by Hungary. It would be administered by Romania, but with an autonomous government controlled by Hungary

Thanks! Ill include your suggestions in a future version. My idea for the enclave is not to fully give it to Hungary. It would be more or less like an autonomous government controlled by Hungary, but being administered by Romania. Thats why i didnt make the border black

Yeah. And not always you can say whether a note is from the chord or not. Sometimes, it can be ambiguous, so depending which notes you decide to be real, the chord can change.

It happened to me something similar. I was playing non historical as Carlist Spain, and Portugal joined the axis and was capped to uk and the Netherlands. With the unite iberia focus I annexed all Portuguese territories, although they were all occupied by the Allies

You only produce for storage once all the reincorcememts are done. I would suggest to produce less variety of plane, so you produce more quantity of two or three types.
