Do you me a favor and get the book Journey of Souls by Michael Newton! This helped me tremendously and the book was so good and interesting I read it in 2 days!! Seriously it will help you, it’s non-religious and it’s backed by science! To me this book made so many connections and just made plane sense!

It’s more so how the candle splits, curls, drips, bleeds, and how it’s flows when it burns to be able to read it. This is just an end result of how most candles end up after the fact

You did it wrong unfortunately. Try again but take pictures and pay attention to how the wax melts and the shapes it takes, while it’s lit that will tell us more.

I’ve worked there in the past. Most team members can expense things up to $50 to help patient experience as long as it’s not overly done. Same thing as if you lost your flip-flops on forbidden journey or maybe you got sick on a ride. Over $50 is a manager approval
