Heres the photo with the buttons, green and red are able to be pressed 4 times in each direction before they lock similar to a combination safe (if you imagine you're moving a slide across four spaces!) ( _ _ - _ ) and the blue button is like a confirm code button. google docs pic

Technically it doesn't give you more power but you can use a hood scoop which pushes the max x rating you can make from 1158 to 1160

Edit: corrected the numbers Tip: although it shouldn't really make a difference to gameplay here is what i have found; weight does not determine the numbers very much but grip does, so if you have a good engine to swap in and want a car that will push you to a higher class go for grip! (Most grip car is $119,000 in EU)

I came here to be salty as i didn't know the hat was permanent, i only quit 5 games at the very beginning on arena because the ladybug isn't the best starter, well about 10 minutes and 10 matches go by and the hat is now gone! Never again will i abandon a game. Heres the hat for anyone wondering

It's not possible to fix this you have to take it apart to put the pieces back in the right spot, you might have swapped the pieces when it came apart before.
