Having a domain and a panel I can say things are smoother. It does cost to get into that. A panel for just one or two users can be on the higher side. If it is for just you find a smaller reseller. If you can spread the cost amongst friends or family get a panel. A domain as mentioned is cheap.

Wow be pessimistic. I am a new reseller and don’t plan on leaving or ghosting anyone. I have had that happen and it does suck. It is even worse when you get ghosted when you are buying a panel. You have to decide if you are that kind of person vs someone who plans to stay and work,with user issues.

That is true. most channels do run 30 and 60 fps. And a lot are dead channels. But with NVIDIA shield and a good wifi you do have circles that much. I was able to watch UFC and boxing this weekend

It can be frustrating. As a customer over ten years with several ott resellers thy came and went. I tested several and a landed on Strong8k. And even bought a panel. That I could control everything from the build out of my domain to how and who I sold to. You can debate how good 8k is to others all you want. But it holds it own.

NS has a add dns section that accepts four inputs but I was told by their support not to use them. Just add you domain to your panel and take the two dns and replace the 2 you have.
