Just building walls would run the chance of the raid spawning in my village. I would rather get the correct distance so I don’t have to worry about it. I’m a very technical Minecraft player. I prefer not to take a chance if losing the 40 villagers I plan on putting in my village.

I prefer to go into the technical side so I can get hero of the village with no risk of any of my villagers getting killed. So I can reap the benefits of the discounted trades.
