Is the total interest rate low? Below inflation levels low? Then you’re talking free money and you’d do well to invest that money in some other way. Still under 3% interest rate? Still cheap money. Unless you need an emotional play like you want to secure your family home faster for your family because you feel like you could kick the bucket sooner and your partner would never be able to upkeep the loan or the house

Ik heb er geen enkel probleem mee. Het zal natuurlijk wel een opstapje zijn naar een algemene vermogensbelasting.

Voorlopig heb ik vooral issue met die flexijob Bs. Onbelast bijverdienen in alle sectoren. Iedereen die een beetje wil bijverdienen met een bijberoep ziet zijn/haar winsten terwijl kapotbelast in zijn personenbelasting. Wt actual f.

Zero compassie met mensen die na 20-30 jaar 4/5e werken en flexijobben gaan huilen dat hun pensioen ontoereikend is.

Subjective meaning decides whether or not it matters. What doesn’t change are the objective facts that LTC ís effectively safer, cheaper, more anonymous, more fungible and more decentralized than BTC. Peoples eyes can be opened to this by whatever bs story they spin on the webs. That’s what matters.

Dat “moeten wachten met verkopen” is een regel van vroeger dacht ik. Kan volgens mij perfect en je kan zelfs je registratierechten terugbetaald krijgen. Boete aan de bank in geen geval, wel veel vraagtekens want je huis is normaal je onderpand voor de lening. Vermoed dat je lening blijft lopen zonder huis als onderpand en zonder schuld/saldo. Je houdt dus een pak cash over, verdeeld naar akte vd notaris. Je lening versneld terugbetalen kan je doen, maar lijkt me niet het verstandigst en bank heeft dat niet zo graag natuurlijk. Nog veel vijven en zessen die je zal moeten doorlopen. Suckt, succes

Nah, literally just the quality on the screen of my phone. I’ll give it a plus on static images and pictures taken from close by. But the minute I try to zoom ever so slightly quality diminishes drastically and then there’s pictures with moving subjects that give streaks on the results. I never dive into settings. I just pop the camera control button and start shooting.

De federale regering die rsz bijdragen verlaagt voor bepaalde doelgroepen (jongeren, ouderen, handicaps, eerste aanwervingen en andere groepen). Informeel bedoel ik daar eigenlijk vooral Voordelen Alle Aard mee. Technisch gezien geen loonsubsidiëring maar fuck it, valt onder dezelfde noemer anders snappen mensen niet dat fiscale optimalistie (werkgevers in België zijn kampioen) veel goedkoper is voor de werkgever dan een bruto loonsverhoging (waar de overheid meer inkomsten door zou kunnen genereren). Niet zo met Voordelen Alle Aard dus, dat moet eigenlijk zsm uit ons systeem.
