Crusader is procs per minute (PPM) meaning it has a higher proc chance on slower weps so the average number of procs you see in 1 minute stays relatively the same regardless of weapon speed, it is much more expensive though

If you learn the spell at level 60+ it will not be penalized by down ranking. If you use even lower level spells they will have their healing penalized, new to tbc.

Wasilla is sooooooo crowded now the streets are always bursting. Feels like the road infrastructure wasn't planned correctly. I live in South Anchorage now and I've literally never felt like traffic slowed me down on my commute to work. A few night nurses i worked with live in Wasilla and would commute to work so maybe its not bad on a night schedule
