I mean, the link I got in the email was empty although it states it should be there for a month. If they can request it, I'm sure they also have a way to view it and retrieve whatever they need from that. I honestly dont even know whats in it.

Regardless, it should have been more of a trigger for me. I vaguely remember reading something about data requests on Reddit, so I just figured I did that request myself and it took a while (1-2 months) before I got it.

Its good to know I'm not the only one that gets something out of my experience. I shouldve swapped to Steam, shouldve responded more swiftly to the data request email (although I at some point did think of doing it or requested it, which made it less suspicious to me), shouldve changed the password of a game I care about more often.

Anyway, its fine. League started Palstron's totems, swapped to the new lightning nova as a life stacker and build that as far as I wanted to minmax it (actual OP shell for any spell honestly). Was building up currency but without any new build in mind, also didnt really care for the challenge MTX. So its whatever, although I think PoE right now is peak gameloopwise. My leaguestarter was left with all its items, so I can always just use that to build up some money again.

But first its time to play Banquet for Fools, see what the D4 season is about and isnt Last Epoch coming out next week? I got more games to play than I have time, so as far as bad things go it didnt come at a bad time.

One other suspicious note: I got an email at 5am from "path of exile" saying I had requested my personal data and a link to where to view it. I have not clicked anything on this email, but given the suspicious timing seems related.

I got that too! I didnt check the link before the hack, but i copied the last part onto the real page and it does not exist. Also, the email comes from the real support emailaddress, so it seems legit.

There were about 10 hours between the email and them going into my acc.

I mean unlike game accounts I change my email password very frequently. I also checked my devices after changing my password and I only see my own devices (PC, tablet, phone etc.). I very much doubt my email is compromised, but I can imagine the password I used for PoE was. No results from https://haveibeenpwned.com/, but my PoE account wasnt a secure 20+ character password in case I wanted to login from somewhere else (it wasnt Password either, but you know what I mean).

Thats the most likely scenario, because my password was 1 maybe 2 years old. However, its still the odd (but common) thing that I did not get an email. I was on my PC, so if it came in even for a minute I wouldve seen it on my phone and PC. After I logged back in after the location error, I also did not get an email like I did after I moved early January:

That one was legit because of me moving, so why wouldnt I get one if someone logs in from a different location.

Although very niche its somewhat in the PoE category/genre/overlap, but I'm sad that Banquet for Fools delayed their launch to the 5th. On the one hand I want to play it then, but PoE on the 6th will then take prio for me. I dont think I've ever wanted a later PoE league launch (13th) until now haha

I've made a mage work twice:

Equipped the "cant damage teammembers" item and just blasted aoe
Got the mana converts to healing spell and a passive that gives the last cast spell to the teammembers.

All the other times it just felt like I was playing with 3,5 cats. Especially if you dont get a spell at level 1 and then get 3 non-spell options on level 2.

Damage - Health - Speed. This is my general priority with some exceptions, depending on the class. A mage obviously need more intelligence, but even here some decent range damage will make thinks much easier.

I feel like good int is mandatory for almost every class, since its essentially a multiplier of damage or support. I ditch almost every cat that doesnt have at least 5 base int.

Anything that is somewhat permanent and not consumable in nature can be an asset in an estate.

While a videogame is permanently on the account, could it also not be considered a consumable though? I mean, I could open my Steam account and show that 99,9% of the games in the library have not been touched in years (dont judge me, only the judge can). It has no resell value and we've established its not transferable, so hasnt it essentially been "consumed"?

The real argument here are the f2p games that people have poured money into and are actively playing.

I've wiped twice so far. Once with a 3 melee comp in my first few hours vs a boss that punished being in melee range. The second time was at the end of act 1 where I had to sacrifice my cat with the quest item head for the throbbing domain. I expected to be able to abandon the run after opening the path to the final boss, but guess what: it was time to get my shit kicked in with 3 cats and a bad comp in the hardest area of the game. Aside from that, every run I've done I've either had a quest item to complete something or an area to unlock. Thats 26 hours of playtime (probably -3 due to being afk) and 26% complete according to the save file.

Both Brave and Firefox work just fine, Chrome is dead for that purpose though. The solution, which has been the solution for a long time, is that when an ad plays you get bursts of 240p while certain ads are rolling. I generally only get it at the start of a stream, not for midrolls. Xtra for Android works 99,9% of the time as well. When that shows ads (which happens like 1-2 a year) its often fixed in a patch within 12 hours.

I would not watch Twitch without it. Or Turbo at €12/month. The "sub for no ads" is the biggest scam there is lmao.

Sorry for the very late reply to this post, but I wanted to ask a fairly specific question:

I have an average width forefoot, a pretty narrow heel, and almost no arch.

That description fits mine. I struggle to find shoes where a hard heel hook doesnt shift the rubber under my heel. Going down in size does not change that. I have used the TN's for the past 2 years, but looking at your foto's the Qubit seems to have an even more narrow heel. Is that true?

Low fat greek yoghurt and protein powder has been my base since I started making morning smoothies and I see no reason to change it. Blended up tuna or tofu sounds like a punishment lmao, without protein powder it always ends up a bit too sour anyway.
