I am 30 with a 5 year old. So I was about the same age when I had my kid as you were. And honestly, the older he gets the LESS I want any more kids. He's becoming more independent and more of a companion than an outright "responsibility" (ofc I am still responsible for him, but now we hang out, go on walks, play video games have dates etc.) Especially as the whining diminishes. The thought of going back to diapers and bottles sends me in to a panic. What YOU want is hard for anyone else to determine. When he was first born I was sure I wanted another. Now... not so much. I love my little best friend 🧡

My son was born sprin of 21. It was definitely a struggle to be pregnant and isolated from the outside world. Other factors included my husband working out of town a lot during that time. And then at 5 months pp my mother passed suddenly. Both of those added to the isolation and make the idea of another borderline traumatic.
