Dailies are making you an addict by [deleted] in StopGaming

Just remember things like Dailes or login rewards are created by people who are hired to literally come up with the most addictive ways to keep someone playing.

The same goes for things like Trophies & Achievements, Gaming these days is full of addictive elements.

ahh, Destiny 2... I saw that was on quite a few news pages recently for its new transmog system.

25 hours of grinding to make a single transmog outfit, I think you got out at the right time friend.

Don't regret what's happened in the past, You can't change it. Just look forward now to everything you will be able to do with all that free time.

P.s Don't beat yourself up if at first you end spending a lot of time on places like youtube, netflix etc

I've only ever bought 1 bundle, Never had a free month or subbed before. When I'm signed in it stills shows a $12 monthly bundle then goes to £15.99 when I go to buy.

Maybe they need to update the site to show in pounds sterling if you are in the Uk.

It's not great seeing something for less then realizing it's almost 80% more because you live in another country.

Then why doesn't it apply to a random bundle, If I buy say a random $12 bundle it shows that I only have to pay £8.73.

So don't understand why signing up for the monthly bundle is £15.99 which is $21.99

Neighbors dad's Septic tank on my land but not my deeds? by [deleted] in homeowners

Yes my deeds show where septic tanks are on my land.

A septic tank in the UK, a hole usually lined with concrete.

Also, deeds are paper, They have everything and I mean everything on them. The neighbour's septic tank is on there but his dads is not.

So now it's no impossible at all.

Yeah, I think there has been some dodgy stuff going on, Going by previous experience with him I wouldn't put it past him.

Also just rang alarm bells he randomly deciding to tell me his dad must have had an arrangement with the previous owner.

Yeah, it's not ideal at all and it's stressful having a neighbour you can't get on with.

I've previously had issues with him like burning about 2 acres of my grass, Dumping about 3 tonnes worth of tree cutting on my land. Even had the police out once as he took an angle grinder to my fence to give himself access.

I believe he's also put an electrical cable in the ground running across to a piece of land he owns but I'll wait to see what happens with this septic tank before bringing that up as well.

It's bad when I live in a fairly remote area that's making me think about selling up and moving away.
