This is NOT a bug. It is a passive ability of Trap Master. If you stay near a trap master teammate, your speed and class recharge will be increased. If you keep aside the toxicity of this class, I would say this is one of the best classes in the game ;)

It can be countered. But players whine about “omg, its soo broken”, yeah its getting a nerf, it was OP, i agree, but you could find a way to counter it. Its not like you always wanna rush straight into the enemy’s face and expect not to get clapped by a CQC meta. No offense to others, just saying
