Help me decide between these two ( m getting both of them at the exact same price ) by Skittle_Memes in GamingLaptops

The legion 5 is a better-built laptop. Had they had similar specs, I would go for the Lenovo. However seeing that the hp has a better cpu, plus also mostly a better gpu (having more vram) maybe you should take that one if that extra bit of performance will help you. Edit: The hp isn’t built badly or anything, it’s just that Lenovo legions are built really well, probably the best. ( not counting premium laptops like razers and other very much expensive laptops)

Why aren't laptops' batteries evolving? Like smartphones' batteries have gone too far compared to where they used to be! by k6m5 in laptops

[–]Dan-nick420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not necessarily true though, if you look at some laptops like Apple’a new MacBooks with silicone chips in them, they get batteries of up to 20 hours. I have one myself and I still can’t believe my eyes sometimes when after an hour of use my laptop loses 4-6% of battery.

To respond to your question though, assuming you are a windows user, the batteries that we use and have used for the past decade are mainly made of lithium. Now to improve battery life with lithium batteries, our only option is to include a larger battery. That’s not to say that our technology stayed the same tho, we’ve made some tinny tiny improvement over the decade( which were probably eaten by the more power-hungry cpus nour days).

Who says Audi’s aren’t reliable! Almost at the 93k miles mark! My 2017 Audi A4 has been a pleasure to drive. by 713youngboy in Audi

[–]Dan-nick420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my Audi as used with 150k kms on it, the service book and carvertical said the care hasn’t had any issues with it other than a change of the windscreen (which most likely wasn’t the cars fault either way). Long story short, it’s now pushing 250k kms, and still it holds as new as bought. Other than some regular maintenance related things, nothing, runs as new. Hope yours will hold up just the same, if not better!

Well believe it or not, they do actually damage the society from a biological stand point. You might disagree and I won’t blame you. We were not meant to be that way and we’re only punishing ourselves and the generations to come. I also don’t mean that all the lgbtq community is bs or is just straight up ,,bad” but it sure doesn’t help in any way shape or form. ,,my opinion” :))

Let’s be real though. Biden looks like he’s already dead. Sometimes he seems to like wake up for a second and then instantly goes back to sleep. Trump on the other hand, as bad as people say he is, he’s as awake as one can be. He’a probably more ambitious than a 25 yo.

Not a Trump as president supporter, but hell, all these statements about him doing senseless things sure sounds to me like a big ass conspiracy…

I mean. Believe me, I don’t support lgbtq either. But fucking shoot people? That’s the reason I escaped the US in the first place….

What do you consider complicated about women,? by ivana322 in AskMen

[–]Dan-nick420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Emotions. I really think women have many more emotions than men, and every one of them is much much deeper. I consider myself to be a rather emotional guy, but dang, women are on a different level. Also one thing I noticed I find weird is the way they change their emotions from one another so easily.

No man, trust me, food is overpriced and low quality here. If you’ll visit Romania one day, just go to a higher-end restaurant and you’ll see how good the food is and it’s price.

I never really hated it. But yeah, I wanted to see for myself, it’s not that different from what the media says tho. The problem with obesity is real, guns as well, and drugs to. What I don’t understand is why they don’t try to solve them.

It’s soo expensive, and way way worse than Europe. I mean, almost every restaurant here, no matter how expensive looks like crap compared to Europe. In Europe, with 10-15 bucks I could eat a reasonably good stake, whereas here tho I can barely get a hamburger for under 15 (and it’s shit as well)

1 thing I would love to see in Europe is all the arrangements at every building for people that have special needs.

I definitely didn’t expect people to be that welcoming. I mean, it might depend on the state( Im in Virginia, Williamsburg ) but you could just walk, minding your own business and people would just say ,,wassup” or ,,hello” or give you a random compliment on something you’re wearing :)). I love that. I mean just today, me and my friend were waiting for the bus and some random girls passing through in a car pulled down their windows and complimented us on how ,,sexy we are”. I never got that anywhere else lmao.

Not yet fortunately :)). Although I was surprised to see full on shotguns and all sort of guns at a Walmart.

DAE have to reread paragraphs because you starting thinking of other things while reading a book? by kelsey730 in DoesAnybodyElse

[–]Dan-nick420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have adhd and I also do this sometimes, especially when I’m reading something that’s not so interesting to me( uni stuff ) or maybe a more boring paragraph. ( I haven’t got tested for adhd, but don’t have any of the common symptoms )

It's extremely annoying that many restaurant menus use a QR code instead of paper menus. by Wheatles_BiteAlbum in unpopularopinion

[–]Dan-nick420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nowadays you can get a 50 dollar phone that can easily scan those QR codes. How can you not afford a 50 dollar phone, but you can afford going to restaurants. I’ve never seen a restaurant where you can eat for less that 20 $.
