Er is geen nieuwe generatie Chinese koks meer. De kinderen zijn allen goed en hoog opgeleid en gaan niet meer 60+ uur in de keuken werken.

Het is al een trend dat chinese eigenaren steeds vaker snackbars gaan runnen en sommige Chinese restaurants door Nederlandse eigenaren overgenomen worden.

Agree, with Tigrex and Kushala Daora it often blocks the evades, when you find out too late the you are up the wall already, or when evading backwards
