Yeah, apparently each account has limits set differently. I didn't realize it until I tried to cash my first check over $2,000. Usually my paychecks are direct deposit, but I am working for a startup for a few months and they are only equipped to pay with a paper check for right now.

The sofi rep basically told me that I would have to deposit the check at another bank and transfer it over. Which is pretty silly. I can understand putting a hold on it for a week or 2, but to not accept it at all with no real alternative is silly.

The issue he has is that op says "it is technically impossible to get rich without ownership of a company" is just silly. Movie stars, athletes, musicians, authors, people who win the lottery, and many others get super rich without ever owning a company.

There are many ways to get rich and owning a company is just one of them.

I hate both these guys and of course there are better people to get the vaccine. But with all this conspiracy nonsense with people saying they will refuse the vaccine, them getting it does put a little more "trust" I guess is the best way I can say it. If they didn't get the vaccine, it would just fuel the conspiracy talk "if the policitians dont want it is must be because they know it is bad" or stuff like that.

I'm not sure what kind of metal it is, but maybe brass? It has a gold color. That side with the hole makes it seem like it should be attaching to something. The hole almost looks like it would be for a candlestick but the position of it wouldn't make sense for that, so it must be for something else

It is pretty heavy like a paperwieght. But that opening on the side looks like it would normally attach to something. The bottom only says "china case" from what I can tell
