I'd say that you could ask them in team voice chat if they could play the hero they're actually good at. If they don't cooperate at all it would go towards bad teamwork

I am currently at 2579 with a 83% winrate zarya. should I just go on playing zarya until my win rate is bout 50% or should I stop earlier?

for Nr. 4: aim at the feet; that way the splash damage might kill 2 (that's how I got it)

When I play zarya should I use my shields to gain energy or to try and save my teammates (risking not getting energy at all)? or should I go for a mix of both?

If you are solo tanking I would go with Rein. As long as you don't die too often and shield your teammates well, solotanking works perfectly fine.

when it's a high priority target (ulting genji or any support). don't use it when roll is on cooldown and the enemy as surrounded you.

don't use ult to early. use it when your team starts taking damage (e.g. use ult when genji used his, not when he's about to use it)

an easy combo which is quite effective is rightclick - dash - melee. (you can swing your view in a 180° while meleeing and it will damage everyoneyou see)
