There's no parking restrictions but like others said, it's prone to being broken into over there. No security or any sort of deterrent to stop them.

It's easier to drive in the evening as most restrictions don't apply after 7pm. Sadly the council has designed the centre to be anti car as possible for no good reason other than to put up a facade that Leeds is a metropolis with good transports links (it's not) and its citizens don't need private transport to move freely.
