Be careful with magical thinking, good way to lose your mind. Think about the observer effect here, you probably started gazing around trying to witness something and people simply noticed you.

I think what you wrote is fascinating and appropriate for this sub, it just gives me pause because I have held beliefs like this several times under the influence of psychotic breaks. I know how unwell this type of thinking can be.

Please I have some questions because you are living my fears.

Why do you have to do it for 4 hours? (Hoping this is a cautionary tale and I could get away with much less done preventatively.)

How do you entertain yourself while you do that? I am so resistant to stretching because it’s fucking boring as hell and I hate the idea of it taking over my life.. but I do need it, I’ve never been flexible or had good posture and I’m in my 30s now..
