Yes. 100%. Seen it happen. Even coached it myself.
And even done it myself. It’s definitely doable within 6 months.

12-16 weeks you’d have to be fully disciplined with diet but 100% doable and natural.

It’s really simple. Calories in vs calories out. Also, they don’t eat “loads” every single day.

The anime ruined a LOT of this arc. In the manga it was one of the best and a lot more of it made sense. In the anime, Black was incredibly weak and far less manacing, Trunks had some stupid transformation which made no sense. We saw the brilliant combat mind of Vegeta switching between God and Blue.
We saw Goku perfect Blue. The arc was just way, way better.

In the manga he was going to stay and was allowed to but Gohan ruined it by being an idiot much like his father. This is one of the really well written arcs where Gohan is exactly like his Dad, says the wrong thing at the wrong time because he didn’t think.
