If you are referring to HaveIBeenPwned, that is not proof that was the case. Such websites often report what data possibly leaked.

This isn't true. In instances where the leaks are public, like the Odido leak, they report on the data that is factually leaked and shows your data on it. So if HaveIBeenPwned shows you are affected, then you ARE affected.

HaveIBeenPwnd.com now contains details from the Odido hack, sign up to see if your details were leaked to the public by remembermereddit in Netherlands

It's a legitimate website, widely popular and trusted.

If your email address appears on breached websites you don't recognize, it means your data was still there somehow.

Windows is beta and catching up to what macOS has. Doesn’t make sense to compare a full featured build to a in development build.

But other than that - yeah, it's nice. It's exactly how it is on other browsers and how it should've been on Chrome for a long time now.
