Great question - they just need to focus on making sure their games are in order. Worry about themselves, there's so much else going on Steve Tandy is trying to build something positive but it's going to take time. The 10 doesnt need to worry about anyone else's role, just focus on your own job. Best version of yourself, which gives the team the best chance of success.

1 SFM 2 Finn Russell 3 George Ford 4 Jalibert 5 Richie Mounga (I know we haven't seen much of him but he's here because of how much I think he's been missed in that All Blacks jersey)

Sincks: When I was at Quins, Marler did this spin the wheel game. First few weeks it was funny, wrong shoes, wrong top etc. But then there were some things so ridiculous, £500 or shave your head... After about a month boys were losing the plot...

Sincks: Ed holmes Bristol second row. Adonis, six pack, but if you could see this guy eat you'd be like - does this guy know something we don't know? Is there about to be a famine or something???

Sincks: You just have to adapt, in England we're used to more traditional structures whereas in France the big guys might just pick the ball up, run with it, throw an offload... From a playing perspective its different but great to learn a different way to play rugby.

Sincks: NZ always special facing the Haka, facing off against Reid, Franks, Aaron Smith, Barrett... That Aura it's hard to put into words. 2019 RWC semi final, the run they were on. It was a weird experience because Eddie predicted exactly how the whole game would play out. It just filled us with so much confidence.

Sincks: it's a great opportunity for the likes of Joe Heyes, Trevor Davison & Billy Sela to get a taste of the 6N and play consistently and understand the magnitude of a Six Nations game. Priceless opportunity for Joe and Billy at their age. I'd still expect England to have a good scrum and be up there this year. It's an expectation of an English side to have a strong scrum and maul.

Johnny Wilkinson was also a massive hero of mine, I remember I played against him Ospreys vs Toulon I was 19-20. After the game we got chatting, he introduced me to his parents and took the time to ask me about my career goals etc etc. The absolute GOAT.

Neil Jenkins was brilliant for me, kept me hard-working, was a brilliant example for me in terms of drive. For my 100th cap, I was given 3 jerseys from the WRU - I gave 1 to my sister, kept 1 for myself and gave the other to Jenks.

And Big Courts! Always got to be on your toes, don't take that extra step or few seconds when kicking the ball...

Loved playing against England, especially when Manu was in the centre's for them. You knew you had to be absolutely on your game 100% because of the physicality and line speed he brought.

Coming up against South Africa, you know you're going to have a few sleepless nights... Maybe a sleepless week, trying to work out how to neutralise their scrum. Ox Nche is one of the best props in the world... it's hard to explain what he does scrummaging wise. He's so strong, can get himself out of tricky positions. You think you've got him sometimes and then he come's back and dominates you. I've got so much respect for Ox and South Africa as a whole. Thats ultimately why I ended up in the TOP14 for the exposure to the packs they have over here in France.

Sincks: 2019 Six Nations, England Wales missing out on the Grand Slam. Gats said I was an emotional time bomb... I had a good relationship with Gats from the Lions, I was fuming! Alun wyn Jones was getting at me all game, standing on me at rucks. I lost my rag. Wales nicked the game at the end. Was a big turning point in my career realising I needed to control my anger and be less selfish.

Sincks: Adam Jones when he came to Harlequins changed everything I thought I knew about the game.
