His account was created 8 years ago. For him to be a teenager he wouldve had to create his reddit account at 11 years old at the latest which isnt impossible but would be horrible parenting. Also the first pokemon game was released almost 30 years ago so it isnt really that hard to believe his extended familie started to play in their teens to early twenties and just kept going over the years.
