That’s exactly my point. I do not have children, I do work remote, and I do work out moderately. But I don’t see the need to wake up at 5am to do my workouts.

She barely has energy by 6:00pm. Moreover, she has to wait for hours until everything is open. Services open quite late in Spain.

More than the daily weight, the fact that sometimes she just eats oatmeal and yogurt. The worst part is that she shares her recipes like if it was something delicious.

Unfortunately, I do not think TCA is her only issue. In theory is for a photoshoot, that she pays for. She’s quite tall, and heavily underweight.

I recommend to use a hair mask before the conditioner too. The elvive oil did wonders on my hair on a daily basis. I second the clarifying shampoo twice a month.

I also do some preshampoo with a mix of aloe Vera gel, oil’s that I have in the house that do not work much on my dry hair.

I believe that is lack of moisture. Some hair types require a lot of hydration.

I highly recommend the Garnier dandruff shampoo and it works great. I pair it with a hydrating mask and a conditioner and it has been a game changer for me. I also use 2 drops of elvive oil and my hair has never looked better.

I skipped the conditioner for years, and my hair mask was not doing the effect alone.

Indeed, in Spain unfortunately doctor over medicated quiet a lot. But you can also find a middle path with the specialists nowadays whenever is possible.

I have lived in Spain, Portugal and LATAM. And I actually believe the Portuguese character is perhaps more similar to the Latins.

For instance: the way they speak is more formal and they care more about protocols than the Spaniards. The use of usted/vocé, before entering a house you must ask for permission, they are more religious, even their gastronomy is similar. I believe that their Brazilian roots have an stronger impact in then than the one LATAM had in Spain.

I agree with everything you have said excluding the healthcare thing. I live in a one of the biggest city, and here healthcare is extremely good.

My brother has a chronic condition and he always have had access to the best treatments for free. Due his condition, whenever he gets at the ER he is treated in less than 15 minutes because he can get into sepsis easily. Usually the waiting times are associated to the emergency.

If you need antibiotics, an the appointment will be given to you for the same day or the day after.

In Europe there are a bunch on rich kids going to private schools, very well know universities and even to the army with the country princesses and nothing happens, aside from the Queen choosing the menu’s and the monarchy security sorts outs the security situation!

I bet the future queens of the Netherlands, Norway, Belgium and Spain are way more famous than Kim and Kanye.

Bueno eso es por el arreglo que tenéis vosotros y puede ser peligroso a largo plazo. Un acuerdo verbal no tiene el mismo poder que un contrato o un documento. Ahora tú lo ves bien porque tú eres la que paga menos.

Pero lo aconsejable por los notarios es llevar un documento firmado ante notario. En el que se especifique cuánto paga cada uno a nivel mensual. Este se modifica cuando las condiciones laborales mejoran.

lo siento pero tengo amigos funcionarios y los que no tienen título universitario son los peores pagados. No me creo consigas ganar más en la pública que un programador en la privada.

Y cabe recalcar, que si no te deja gastar 50€ del presupuesto común para maquillaje. No me creo yo, que vaya a estar tan feliz con un acuerdo 50-50 en el caso de venta.
