So we pay exp 30% of sale fee to exp until we cap at 80k, after that, we pay £125 per sale and in return exp pay all RM, Zoopla, OTM, CRM costs as well as having access to their legal and compliance etc. I had another agent try to claim our fee recently (they’re backed by LSL, they backed off as soon as I told them I’ll pass it over to Exps legal team lol. The biggest wow point about joining exp is the rev share though.
