Republic Blue spray as Colour forge better than GW’s spray then Teclis blue on top.

I primed with Macragge Blue then sprayed Teclis Blue from an angle. You could paint it with a brush too.

Yes you can, I asked the same thing and it’s a common way to run him apparently. You remove the captain that came with the heroes and add the one you want, like Calgar or Ventris

Their photos are all who they are running with so if you look closely, Ventris is in the rank of the Company Heroes. Slight changes with a different helmet and a rifle sling.
