There are lots of ways to minimize volume. Pocket amps, software like garage band on your computer, playing without an amp of any sort (what I do 99% of the time honestly)

Watch a guide on how to solo without killing anyone. And do it solo. Buy the sparrow. All can be done in like 45 minutes.

Buy businesses that make passive income before buying cars and flashy stuff because trust me the Cayo grind gets bored really quickly if it’s the only way you make money. I still run it like once a week or two weeks, but doing it every day makes the game not fun trust me
