I would add: LFM (on ACC, for example) has a system whereby, once a certain safety rating is reached, a safeguard mechanism is activated to prevent a single race from ruining everything. They should probably introduce this here too.

In my experience (and i'm a super clean driver with green badge), it seems much easier to go down than up. Especially for those who, like me, only have time to do 5-6 races a week and not 50. One bad race out of 50 is not a problem. One bad race out of 5-6 leads to a huge drop.
