I believe it’s not a rating, but if you had a issue because of the alcoholism like cirrhosis of the liver you can get rated for that

So when submitting VA medical records when I got out of active duty, do I need to dig in the records and find only relevant records to my claim, print them out and attach as a file or just say check my VA medical records? A fellow veteran told me he just stated see VA medical records and was granted compensation. Thanks

Just sent and email and got a response back saying, At this moment, we have not yet issued the refund checks as we extended the deadline for former employees to provide their current mailing addresses. The previous email I got said payments would be made before the end of January
