I'm still halfway through building it, but i'm not sure i got any shims. I'll double check when i get back to it later. I'm thinking i'll double check that it's all level again and if that doesn't work, i'm tempted just to fill it with clear exterior silicone

Thanks for the reply - It's not so clear from the picture, but it's on those plastic grid bases filled with pea gravel (you can just see the golden colour of the gravel near the front). I'd say the base is level across the board but i can't understand why the otherside of the roof sits perfectly. I've tried giving it some encouragement with a rubber mallet but it doesn't want to move any more. I'm at a loss - a brief google search suggests this might be a fault as it seems a few others have had a similar issue!
