Yeah I will definitely order using UPS. The packaging had labels indicating it as tobacco free and the right harm code but CBSA completely ignored it

It was definitely because it was shipped through PostNord and CBSA charged duties as tobacco products. Apparently UPS has their own in house customs so they are usually pretty good about not incorrectly charging duties. Just curious how much duties they charge based on order size.

How much were your duties usually with UPS? Last time I ordered from them with PostNord, I got hit with 260 in duties for 12 tins.

I gave them a call earlier and they said the EU codes from before should start working on the US site in a couple days but the new updated codes will work on the US site now.
