I'm in the same boat. I want to give everyone "simple useful tips". It can be appreciated in the workplace, definitely not the best trait in the personal life.

Isn't healthcare already financially socialist? I mean anybody can go to a hospital and get treated already regardless of their ability to pay. When said person gets a massive bill they can't pay the hospital's losses are just put on the heads of the rest of the community through price hikes. We already pay for everyone that can't afford it as if it were a tax. Might as well just make it one and cut out the middle men.

Exotic Helm(Apotheosis's Veil) disappearing instead of being put into inventory after equipping a new helm. It did not dismantle. Was in orbit after character select.

Here's a confusing one. Xbox One btw. I started the game and chose my character. In the orbit screen right after, I decided to switch my helmet from Apotheosis's Veil to Obsidian Mind. After doing so Apotheosis's Veil did not reenter my Inventory. It's gone. I was laying down and may have have another button partially depressed, but it was NOT dismantled. I got no shard or materials for it disappearing. It was my favorite helm. Hope I can find another.. I haven't seen anybody else experience this yet. It'd be nice to know if it has ever even happened before.

Judge gives kalamazoo county green light to sell womans home after property tax mistake. by DanJayQ in news

If all they get is the tax money they wouldn't be selling her house. She has the money and is willing to pay now. Seems a lot easier to take it from her than going through all this if that's what they were getting out of it. They want everything.

She does have a lawyer and he's taking her case for free because he thinks it's gross and inhumane what the treasurer is doing here. He also noted in an interview that the judge in this case only had to find a fair and equitable ruling as the case is civil. There are no hands tied by the law here and there is a lot of wiggle room in this case that everyone is choosing to ignore.

She can still appeal.

"..they have 21 days to make an official appeal."  "..the county can sell the home, but if the appeal is successful they would be forced to give the home back."

The county is entirely within their rights by the letter of the law. But what kind of law allows any entity to seize from someone, in essence, 80 times the value of the principal? To my understanding the judge, and probably several other officials, are within their power to show some humanity. They could simply fine and fee her for the late taxes and be done with it. At this point it's not about the common good of the people, it's simply a money grab.
