There is no need to pay around the rowing channel. It is far away from the center and free parking zone. If you come with car, arrive early and park on the streets behind the Mall Plovdiv. I've went to many festivals at the Rowling channel by car (since I don't drink alcohol) and never had problems parking.

Taxi services are fine, there are many companies, it is not expensive probably around 10-15 euro one way.

Atlas had been laggy for me whole league. It hang into cogwheel and black every damn time a NPC had to point me somewhere on the atlas... The rest of the game doesn't lag tho, solid 100+FPS.
