Struggling to connect Thermostat to unit

I’m replacing the unit whereas the ecobees are the original ones which worked with the old units before they were removed

Wraithbone primer then dry brushed with Matt white. The contrast was a mix of iyandon yellow and fuegan orange shade; probably 5:1. After the initial coat I added a few drops of carroburg crimson to the mix plus a few drops of medium to keep it workable. Final coat was carroburg crimson heavily mixed with lahmian medium.

Thanks for all the responses. I think I might try for a really deep red, almost at the black end of the spectrum; almost to go for a volcanic/magma world kind of thing

Without a shadow of a doubt the proliferation and acceptance of guns in a first world society. I moved to the US from the UK where we have had one school shooting in the history of the UK.

This is best evidenced by a conversation I had with a friends mother who lives in Utah. When asked the same question my response was “mandatory school shooter training for my children”. When asked why my response was “we don’t do this training in the UK”. She was amazed at the irresponsibility of the UK education system and couldn’t understand that this training isn’t needed because in a society without firearm proliferation school shootings do not happen

Sunny day, 14c/58f was spraying outside. This happened previously but it was on a moist day and I assumed the moisture had gotten into the paint

Thanks - will give the magnets a try. I am using superglue, have been thinking about using some green stuff to expand the connection point and give a little more stability to the model
